Room was clean and location was right by the tram. Our check in was lovely but on our last day house keeping came into our room while we were sleeping and then knocking again at 10am. Check out is at 12. We reported this to the front desk at check out but they showed little care. Otherwise was great.

Great location. Tram is just across the street. Good breakfast choices as well. Room is clean, large and have the basic things you need. Will definitely stay again.

It's a budget option in Vienna. Interesting location with good access to the tramway - a station right in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and up to date, not too small either. Breakfast was pretty exciting for the children.

別説服務了，最後還多收費。而且跟前台解釋預訂2份早餐，就還是跟我堅持我衹有1份。有一天晚上回酒店，不僅浴巾沒更換，門也沒關；第二天，我的取電卡還被拿走了；第三天垃圾沒換。每天都各種問題，一跟前台説，他們就説自己太忙了疏忽了，請見諒。特別不專業，竟然還是洲際旗下的酒店，難以置信，還讓我加它們的會員。

Хороший отель, но немного неудобно было, так как рядом станция поезда и если открыты окна, то очень шумно. Обслуживание отличное!

酒店前台態度還可以 酒店設計也比較有趣 地鐵站右轉一直走就有 可以直接坐去維也納中心火車站 電車就在酒店對面 可以坐去市中心 很方便 但是早餐不太好吃 種類很少 其次房間裡沒有minibar也沒有熱水壺什麼的 房間衛生一般 浴室的門是透明的我不確定是我的房間這樣還是所有 礦泉水需要下樓買
